Friday was Carters' 5th birthday. We celebrated by having a Super Star Day at preschool, then we went to play at It's Playtime. Very fun day, I can not believe my little boy is 5!!
The next day I had a Curious George birthday party. It is the first year that it's been his friends from school and church. I can tell that times are changing, he is picking his friends instead of me. Personally I think we both have great taste in friends. The party was a great success. We played lots of games hot potato, animal charades, bingo, hullabaloo(great game for the kids) and more. Then the kids got to pop balloons with treats inside for their goody bag. We had pizza and ice cream cake. What fun we had! All the fun and party stuff has kept me from dwelling on the fact that Carter will leave me the entire day in the fall for kindergarten.

Happy Birthday Carter!!! I was thinking about Carter's B-day the other day and also thinking it was so sad that we couldn't be with you guys to celebrate. Eva and Summer love that hullabaloo game.

Anywhooo....my Carter had such a great time at your Carter's birthday party! His favorite was the balloon popping. You are so creative!!!
