Let me tell you about my July 4th---it's my blog and if I want to be a month behind then I can! My sister and 3 of her 4 girls came up to celebrate with us. Love them!

I have a tradition of painting my kids faces every year with something patriotic. One year they will realize how bad it looks and then they won't let me anymore.
I made one of those Jello cakes. Yum. I love my house for the 4th. We are close enough to IPFW that we walk to the fireworks, it was fun to walk faster than traffic. Fireworks were great, it was chilly though. My sister bought sparklers for the kids. I love going to see fireworks but I HATE fireworks at home. I thought for sure someone was going to lose an eye then catch on fire. All is well and we all had a great time.

LOL! No, I dont think its too late to talk about the 4th. looks like you guys had fun! (we were in FW too) the in laws did firworks, it was totally nerve wracking.
