Super Star!

I got to go to Preschool today. They have Super Star days and each child gets a turn to be special. They bring snack and get to be leader all day, and have show and tell. It is big time. Very fun day and Cade seems to do much better at school than I would have guessed. The only cringe moment was when a child took one of Cades show and tell items. Cade "accidentally" poked him in the eye. I give up trying to make a civilized child to send out into the world. I'm going to embrace what God has given me... I might start his ninja warrior training any day now.

Super funny thing happened... So I had a conversation with one of the little girls in Cades class and she informed me that she can not have regular milk. I thought she said that she can have vanilla milk and breast milk. I stifled my laughter, but HAD to tell her mom what she said. It turns out the little girl said RICE milk not breast milk. I am such an idiot!!!

I always think I don't like children but today was great. Those kids are precious! I got soo many hugs. And hopefully the child that now has to wear an eye- patch won't have a hard time in life.

Okay I'm laughing so hard about your whole post. Did you really ask if she still drank breast milk? That is SO funny! And then Cade poking the kid in the eye and maybe needing a patch. Well pirates are cool aren't they? Okay so it's so sad that Summer and Cade aren't around each other any more because Summer really enjoys being rough and playing with the boys!

LOL! soooo funny! my niece likes to poke people in the eye, so I can relate to that issue. How cute that all the kids were giving you hugs. I noticed when I visited jed's class that the kids all wanted to sit with me. I think they love visitors. Anyway, you crack me up!
