Our Very Happy Halloween

Two Buzz Lightyears? Yes, you are seeing correct and do not have double vision. Something about dressing your children alike is wrong-but it made me laugh and made them happy. So anyway, we went trick or treating in our neighborhood. I may have had more fun then they. I really cherish these times and memories and hope they do too. We trick or treated until we all agreed we were tired. Then as tradition, we came home inspected candy and let em at it. How ever much candy you can eat in one sitting. Carter went to bed with a tummy ache. Then I decided to so something crazy. I let them keep the candy in their room and be in control of how much and when. For 3 days Cade ate virtually nothing but candy, what an experiment, I may never give the boy another piece of candy his whole life. It has not even been a week and Cade has ate all his candy. We are not talking about a small amount of candy, and bless my neighbors they are all chocolate fans--lots and lots of chocolate. Carter has 4 pieces left so he is keeping right up with Cade, at least he eats food too. I do feel bad that I subject his teacher to the experiment. This will be the first day of withdraw from the candy, I let you know what happens.

So ... The candy thing.. Cade had his candy are in 2 1/2 days! I expected bad withdraw, but it went well. He ate his last piece and didn't say another word. But confession... they acted NUTS for those 2 days. Even Carter who is not nutty. They ate nothing but candy and were crazy!!! at least it was a short time frame.
